Despite many health challenges in her later years, she always pushed forward with grace, strength, and resilience. Charlene had a deep love for the fall season and truly enjoyed the mountains and nature. Spending time with her children and family during the holiday seasons was also one of her most dearly loved pastimes.

She is survived by her mother, Claudine Felts of Bradenton, Florida; her daughter, Amy Helm, and son-in-law, Joe, of Palm Harbor, Florida; her daughter, Jessica Vugrinovich, and son-in-law, Brad, of Waxhaw, North Carolina; and her cherished grandchildren, Valerie Raybuck, and Lindsey, Cameron, and Zachary Helm, all of Palm Harbor, Florida.
