Chuck, as he was known to many, had a deep passion for family, boating, and travel. Whether spending time on the water or exploring new places, he was happiest when surrounded by the people he loved most. He was especially proud of his 58-year marriage to his beloved wife, Cindy—a partnership rooted in loyalty, laughter, and enduring commitment. Chuck also gave generously of his time to his community by coaching and refereeing hockey, guiding young athletes with fairness and integrity. He was known for his humor and gift for storytelling, often sharing tales that left those around him smiling. Through it all, he was a reliable presence—someone others could count on without hesitation.

His family was the center of his world. He cherished his wife Cindy, his daughters Gillian Campbell and Corinne Welch, and his grandchildren Jared, Justin, Kara, and Kyle.
