Dolores Lynn Klose, 65, passed away peacefully on February 16, 2026. Born on November 18, 1960, in Long Branch, New Jersey, she was a loving, cheerful, and caring soul whose kindness and compassion shaped every part of her life. A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Dolores was the steady heart of her family and a gentle presence to all who knew her.

Rooted in the values she learned growing up, Dolores lived a life defined by generosity, humor, and steadfast love. She found joy in simple, meaningful moments—especially time spent with her beloved grandson, Weston, who was the light of her later years. Her home was always warm and welcoming, a place where laughter was shared freely and everyone felt seen and supported. With a natural inclination to help others, Dolores dedicated time to community efforts in her hometown, giving back quietly and consistently, just as she lived. An animal lover all her life, she cared for many dogs and other pets, each one finding a place in her heart and home. Those who knew Dolores will remember her ready smile, her gentle counsel, and the way she made both family and friends feel deeply cared for.

Dolores is survived by her husband of 43 years, Albert Klose; her daughter, Nicole Klose; and her cherished grandson, Weston Lusk. She is also survived by her mother, Fredlyn Bennett; her sisters, Jennifer Allen and Kathleen Wethington; and her nieces, Jennifer Burkle, Samantha Bastianelli, Kristy Allen, and Maddie Loux. She was preceded in death by her father, Milton Bennett, and her niece, Cat Loux. In addition to her family, Dolores leaves behind countless friends and neighbors who will carry forward her spirit of compassion. The many animals she tended and adored over the years were a testament to her boundless kindness.

Dolores will be remembered forever for her unwavering devotion to her family and the quiet strength with which she cared for others. A celebration of her life will be shared by the family at a later date. In the days ahead, may we honor her memory by extending the same warmth and generosity she offered so freely—by checking on a neighbor, embracing loved ones, and choosing kindness. The family extends heartfelt gratitude to all who have offered support during this time. We would like to thank everyone for the support and prayers.
