Linda Marie Kaminskie, a kind, loving, and funny spirit, passed into the Lord’s care on January 14, 2026, at the age of 73. Born on November 8, 1952, in Ohio, Linda brought warmth, generosity, and a delightful sense of humor to every room she entered. She was a woman of steadfast faith and a gentle heart, whose life reflected a deep devotion to serving others and finding joy in simple, meaningful moments.

Grounded in her faith, Linda devoted herself to Victory Baptist Church, where she served in various positions and embraced her church family with encouragement, care, and prayer. Her days were enriched by the craft she loved—creating beautiful plastic canvas pieces that she shared freely, each one stitched with patience and affection. Those who knew her will forever remember her sharp wit and her signature witch laugh, a gleeful sound that could lift spirits and chase away gloom. Often with a twinkle in her eye, she’d ask, “Ed, are you even listening to me?”—a playful refrain that became a beloved hallmark of her humor and her loving partnership with her husband.

Linda’s greatest treasure was her family. She is survived by her devoted husband, Ed; her children: Ed and his wife, Jen; Joe; and Fred; eight cherished grandchildren; and two adored great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her entire church family at Victory Baptist Church, whose fellowship she deeply valued, and many dear friends at the Pavilion of Venice, where her companionship and laughter were warmly shared. Together, they carry forward her legacy of kindness, service, and the laughter that made ordinary days feel special.

A celebration of Linda’s life will be held at Victory Baptist Church on February 21, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. All who were touched by her friendship and faith are welcome to gather in remembrance. In honoring Linda, may we serve as she served, love as she loved, and never miss the chance to laugh out loud. Her humor, her gentle wisdom, and that unforgettable laugh will echo in the hearts of those she loved—reminding us, always, to listen closely and love completely.
