With love, laughter, and cherished memories, we celebrate the life of Noritta Faye Johnson—an outgoing, passionate, and caring woman whose free spirit brought warmth and joy to everyone around her.

Noritta’s greatest joys came from the simple pleasures in life: cooking, shopping, and exploring new places. Her home was often filled with the comforting aromas of her home-cooked meals, which she lovingly prepared for those she held dear.

She was known for her bold personality, her sense of adventure, and her unfiltered sense of humor—punctuated often with a classic, spirited "Damnit" that only she could deliver just right.

Noritta is survived by her husband, Lee Johnson; her brother, William Walters; her children, JD Brakefield and Sharlee Suggs; and her grandchildren, Leighanne, Brooke, Payton, and Grayson.

She also had a close bond with her lap dog, Ace, who was always by her side—her “ride or die.”

Noritta cared deeply for her family. She will be missed and remembered for the things she loved and the way she made people feel at home.
