Born in Indiana on November 20, 1951, Rick was most known for his quick humor and kind soul—a gentle steadiness that brightened rooms and steadied hearts. His warmth and sincerity were constants in a life defined by generosity of spirit.

Rick found joy in life’s simple, shared pleasures. He loved a friendly round of golf, where the conversation mattered as much as the scorecard. In the kitchen, he expressed his care through cooking—bringing people together with meals that were as memorable for the laughter as for the flavors.
