Russell Lee Kincer, known for his sweet, caring, and respectful nature, passed away on May 23, 2025, at the age of 75. Russell was a hard worker who found joy in painting, writing, photography, and always staying busy. He was a proud member of The Rock Church in Tampa, Florida, and was deeply devoted to his family and friends.

Russell was best known for the unconditional love he showed to all children, no matter where they were from or what they looked like – he loved everyone equally. His family fondly remembers his humor, his protective nature, and his memorable sayings like: “I’m the security around here,” and “If it ain’t about the money or the tote, don’t be blowin’ me up.”

He is survived by Anna Marie Kincer, Brian Lee Caldwell, Kinsley Marie Caldwell, Kenneth Michael Hall, William Eli Trueman, Emlieen Christen Truman, and many beloved grandchildren. Russell was deeply devoted to his sisters Sheila, Pamela, Brenda, Linda, and to Steve Hubbard, along with their children and grandchildren. He also leaves behind his close friends, including Sam Hijaz and Tammy Hijaz, and all of their kids whom he loved like his own.

The family wishes to give special thanks to the Strawser family (Robert & Sheila) for their love and support during Russell’s final days, ensuring he was cared for with love, and helping his family find peace.
